Job Description

As an HR Coordinator (Full-Time), you’ll oversee recruitment and onboarding, ensuring all documentation complies with Department of Health (DOH) standards. You’ll audit employee files, maintain accurate HR records, and update necessary forms. Additionally, you’ll guide Home Health Aides through training processes, assist with front desk coverage, and support general office tasks while fostering a professional and collaborative environment.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Windows and Excel
  • GED or higher education
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and meet deadlines consistently
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
Language
  • English (Basic proficiency)
  • Mandarin (Fluent)
  • Cantonese (Fluent)
  • Fujianese (Not required, preferred)
Pay

$16-20/hour

In-person (Flushing, NY)
